Right now there are over 60 homes listed for sale priced from $ 460,000 to near $9 million for  homes directly on the Intracoastal.   Club membership is mandatory and a full golf membership will run you $ 150,000.

When you purchase a home here you will also purchase the membership that is attached to the home and following that you can upgrade to a higher one if you choose but you can't go down to a lesser level.  If you move from AC but still want to participate in Club activities, you can keep your membership in a special status.
